You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order such as broken items or quality control. If you let us know within 7 days you will be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund.
We want you to LOVE your order. That's why we handle each customer's request personally. After all, each circumstance is different, right? We don't believe in a "one size fits all return policy". Just email us ASAP if there's any issue with your order.
